Riverwalk Clubhouse

Bernardon transformed this clubhouse to be more open and welcoming. The interior

evokes a contemporary industrial aesthetic with a bit of Mid-century modern. Bernardon
provided an open-concept design that included increasing the ceiling height. This entailed
providing a taller, extruded gable roof with fully-glazed rear façade, complemented by a new,

projected vestibule with a similar gable roof and glazed façade. A garage door was added to provide
a transitional space for people to gather and socialize, while creating a sense of fluidity between the
indoors and outdoors.
