Design Statement: Devon Yard boasts 135 market-rate
apartment units, along with 7,000 SF of interior amenity
space and over 16,000 SF of exterior amenity space. This first-
class mixed-use redevelopment was born out of collaboration
between E. Kahn Development and URBN to create the
country’s first organic lifestyle center. The design considers
the deconstruction and resemblance of garden structures in
