Design Statement: Bernardon provided master planning
and architectural design services for the redevelopment of
Dreshertown Plaza into a mixed-use development to include
125,000 SF of retail space and 140 residential units.
The development includes a mixed use building with
20,000 SF of first-floor retail space and 40 residential units
which are accessed by the signature tower element in the
design. The existing 73,000 SF shopping center will be
renovated, and two new pad sites and a 100-unit residential
building with first-floor parking will be added.
