spaces, a maker space, and a secured resident only
computer lab are included. A lobby seating area,
social lounge, vending, and restrooms are also
provided at this more public amenity space.
On student residential floors 2 through 6, we
additionally provide a 1,500 SF social gathering/
informal study lounge adjacent to the main
elevator lobby and two more remote private study
areas of 500 SF each.
At the ground level, a 1,200 SF space is designated
as retail and located at a prime location on Amstel
across from private retail.
The project’s vision is that indoor and outdoor
amenities support socialization, community, and
academic success. Additionally, the project will be
designed to the LEED Silver standard to support
UD’s sustainability objectives.
