Riverwalk Clubhouse

Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania
Design Statement: The Riverwalk community includes
four residential apartment towers of four stories each
and a one-story clubhouse with adjoining exterior pool
and patio amenities. As part of an overall re-branding
effort, the Owner engaged Bernardon to transform the
clubhouse to be more open and welcoming. Programmatic
spaces include a Café outfitted with a Starbucks station; a
gaming area with a billiards table; a co-working area with
computer station, communal table, and lounge seating;
and a media room for residents to enjoy solo or within a gable roof with fully-glazed rear façade, complemented by a
