Out with the old and in with the new also
seemed to be taking centre stage throughout
the course of events happening under Glitz.
Old worn out pieces of fabric were turned into
new stunning pieces of art work after

performing a series of intricate techniques in
different themes in the contest “Fabric
Engrossing”. From sketching to painting,
colours and ideas were flying across walls as
students fought to bring their wildest yet
brightest ideas to paper in the event “ Fashion
Illustration”. The floor was also filled with
committed stalwarts armed with equipment to
turn their muse into a super model in

the“Makeover” event. “Drapster”, “Shutter up”,
and “Pixel Perfect” were other major events.
Thus, new emerging faces in the field of
fashion competed against the best in their
generation to master the art of making people
look beautiful.
