This is the first book in a series of five books for Civic and Moral
Education for primary schools. The book is designed according to

the 2016 Civic and Moral Education syllabus. The book is divided

into eight chapters that are in turn divided into a number of
sub-sections. In each chapter, there are questions, exercises and

activities that help the pupil to develop the intended competencies.

Definitions of new and difficult words are provided at the end of
each chapter.
