This is the second book in a series of two books for

Arithmetic in Primary Schools. In Standard One, you learnt
some arithmetic such as counting, reading and writing.

This book enables you further to learn about numeracy
and its application to real life situations. The book contains

several examples, activities and exercises. These will help
you to understand the concepts learnt. You are advised

to read the instructions and do all exercises. When you

experience difficulties, you are encouraged to ask for help
from friends, teachers and parents or guardians.
