STATEMENT OF PERSONAL LEARNING GOALS.

Writing II is a subject which goal is to produce written texts in English

that permit communication of ideas while correctly using linguistic

elements and maintaining coherence and cohesion. Therefore, I am very

interested in this Writing class. I want to learn a lot during this semester

and improve my writing skills. I hope to learn many new things like

vocabulary, grammar, write a text, learn different techniques in the writing

process that can help me in other classes to get better grades.

My expectations for this class are to improve my writing skills,

understand texts, and to learn new words to improve my vocabulary. I think
Writing II is very important because it could help us to become better at

writing, to learn new words, to write faster and to comprehend what we
write. Also, this can help me when I start working as a teacher because I

will be able to write properly about different topics related to daily life and
therefore speak fluently.

In this class of Writing II that I will take in third semester of Carrera de

Idiomas, I expect to learn to write better, to understand what I write, and to
write a good and logical essay about different topics. To achieve this, I

must work hard, do my homework, prepare for exams and participate in

class.
