Description: The trail travels through pine forests,
indigenous wetlands, crossing rivers, passing lakes and
spectacular fynbos plant habitat, offering a varied
riding route. Visits to venues of real interest, Grabouw
Pass original 150 Year Ox wagon route prior to the
building of Sir Lowry's Pass and visiting diverse habitat
areas of interest. High quality picnic lunch at a
waterfall and coffee and refreshments on route
Dress code: Denims (jeans or other sturdy trousers) -
Shorts, short cycling tights to wear under denims
prevent chafing - Swimming trunks - Tee shirts -
Sweater - Jacket / windbreaker - Sturdy shoes or

Old Grabouw Pass Wagon Trail which is known as a
world heritage site the original wagon route of the
Dutch and British settlers, over the Mountains of
Africa, so called in the old days. We serve snacks and
refreshments on route on this tour at the view point.
