MEET AND GREET SERVICE

Transfers for 1 to 13 people automatically include the Silver package. If the group is larger than 13 people , please state
which package you would prefer and we will include it into our quotation. All packages are customisable

SILVER PACKAGE

We meet the clients in the arrivals hall and assist them to the vehicle
If required by the client, an arrival list will be ticked off as the clients arrive
We will advise the client about any flight delays on the day
we liaise with the relevant driver to ensure that the coach is running on time, and that their arrival at the coach terminal
will run smoothly
Assistance with luggage can be arranged at an additional charge for porterage

What we need from the client:
Names of all the clients arriving, flight numbers and landing time
Company Logo
State if there is standard Luggage or are they traveling with golf bags

GOLD PACKAGE

this service is ideal for groups arriving at different times on the same day

We meet the clients in the arrivals hall and assist them to the vehicle
If required by the client, an arrival list will be ticked off as the clients arrive
We will advise the client about any flight delays on the day
Iced drinks and snacks will be arranged for the vehicle
we liaise with the relevant coach driver to ensure that the coach is running on time, and that their arrival at the coach
terminal will run smoothly
Assistance with luggage can be arranged at an additional charge for porterage
Liaise with the Hotel to assure they have a meet and greet party ready for them upon arrival

PLATINUM PACKAGE

The Platinum service is the ideal service for clients that would like to get through immigration, luggage collection and
customs formalities quickly.

Staff will meet the client as soon as he/she steps into the airport building.
Client will be assisted through the immigration, luggage collection and customs formalities as quickly as possible.
After all these formalities the client will be assisted to the vehicle.
