2. Pioneer Holon Agroecology Pvt Ltd established in 2012 -13 with objectives for empowering cluster
based farmer interests Groups, Large farmer groups for adoption of novel concept of cosmic farming
/PKVY (Paramparik Krishi Vikash Yojana) to increase their farm yields, outputs nullifying crop stress
by no usage of fertilizers, insecticides, weedicides at cost effective process for overall increment of
productivity , prosperity , happiness and eventually with toxin free crops .

Started with cluster mobilization and training for farmer groups with backward- forward linkages on
fruits, vegetables, forest products including neem oil extraction and its processing. Established
5000MT cold storage at Niali for fruits, vegetable, potato, and other Argo products on the year 2016-
17.

In the mean time we have sponsored, promoted and organized two farmer producers’ organizations,
one Devitanla FPC Ltd. with 3106 farmers in 2018-19 and another State level consortium of farmers
organization-Cosmicagro Consortium FPC ltd in 2020. With expertise exposers and organizational
ability with core team of 11 professors, scientists and experts for holistic empowerment through
creation of FPOs as envisaged by Honorable Prime Minister for 10000 FPOs.
