c) Extension :
 I have worked as Jr. Horticulturist in Extension Division for a
period of six years and participated in the farmers training,

demonstration of fruits, vegetables, tuber crops and ornamental
crops in the adopted villages.
 In the All India Co-ordinated Cashewnut Improvement Project,
developed a close liaison with Orissa State Cashew Development

Corporation Ltd, Directorate of Soil Conservation and Directorate of
Horticulture, Orissa. Develop liaison with the Directorate of Cashew
nut and Cocoa Development, Govt. of India, Cochin, Kerala.
 Organised state level seminars to educate the farmers.
 Participated in the farmers’ training programme organized by

developmental agencies. Directorate of Horticulture, Government of
Orissa.
 Organized training programmes under KVK Bhadrak for farmers,
farm women and in-service personnel and NGO in the field of crop

production, protection, Horticulture, women in agriculture, fishery,
soil science. Developed nursery for raising different vegetable,
ornamental seedlings for the farmers of the district.
