Visited schools we had previously Skyped our fire safety program with

“Molly’s visit to SDJA was the highlight of our year!
First graders were totally engrossed in hearing
about fire safety when Molly was the one showing
them how! The students were inspired to go home
and lead a conversation with their families on
sketching out an exit plan. While planning two exits
out of their homes, students were quick to jump out
the windows until they learned of safer ways to exit
a building when the alarm sounds. Molly was so
gentle around the children and SMART! Her low
crawl was very impressive!

I had Skyped with Molly three years ago so when
Molly was on campus, the older students happened
to cross paths with her and exclaimed, “Is that
Molly the Fire Dog? I remember Skyping with her in
2 grade!” It was one of those special experiences

the children, young and old, will remember for
years. We hope you get a chance to meet Molly!”
