Besides the financial component, the scholarship
also includes a mentoring component. As part
of the mentoring programme, every scholar is
paired with an HCL employee who become a
mentor to the scholar. The pairing is done on
the basis of the expectation and profile of the
scholar and the strengths, skill set and profile
of the HCL Employee. These mentors guide,
inspire and motivate these young scholars to
achieve their dreams.
