                                                                   under the Engine Category indicates the department has 3
     SERVICES - Identified the types of emergencies in which the
                                                                   engine companies staffed with at least 3 personnel at any
     agency responds and handles
                                                                   given time.



                   F  — FIRE
                                                                   FRO - First Responders Only:  These cities do not have am-
                  M — EMERGENCY MEDICAL
                                                                   bulances.
                   H  — HAZMAT
                   R  —  TECHNICAL RESCUE
                                                                   CHIEF - Identifies the number of Battalion Chiefs assigned
                                                                   to a 24-hour per period.
     ISO RATING - Established by the Insurance Service Organi-

     zation for Fire Departments; rating is on a scale of 1-10,

     with 1 being the best possible score.
