Nanotechnology Research Group organized a Certification

program On DESIGN AND SIMULATION OF MEMS AND NANO

DEVICE for 6 Days.

Program was aimed at providing the theoretical background and

hands-on experience on diverse methods and techniques for

researchers and students to solve engineering problems in

design, modelling and simulation of high-performance MEMS and

Nano-electronic devices using a variety of tools such as

Intellisuite ®TCAD Sentaurus TM and COMSOL Multiphysics ®

under one platform. Total of 26 participants attended the event.
