Further details relating to your employment relationship with Blackstone are incorporated in a
Contracting Employee Agreement which is included along with this offer letter agreement. This
offer of employment is also contingent upon your execution of the Contracting Employment
Agreement, including the Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation Agreement attached thereto.
Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms in the
Contracting Employment Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this offer
letter and the Contracting Employee Agreement, the terms of the Contracting Employee Agreement
shall prevail. Additional information about Blackstone’s policies and procedures will be provided at
the orientation described above.

Please be advised that Blackstone expects you to comply with any confidentiality obligations relating
to confidential or proprietary information acquired while you were employed elsewhere. You must
not take any material or electronic records, file, or data from any prior employer, and must not use
or divulge any other employer’s confidential information (including but not limited to trade secrets)
in connection with your employment at Blackstone. Blackstone expects you to comply with any
restrictive covenant or other commitment to any current or former employer, including, without
limitation, any consulting, confidentiality, non-competition, or non-solicitation agreement, to which
you may be a party. This offer of employment is contingent upon Blackstone’s understanding that
your employment obligations to Blackstone will not be in conflict with the terms of any such
covenant, commitment, or agreement.

Should you wish to accept this offer of employment, please affix your signature below in the space
provided, and return along with a signed copy of your Contracting Employee Agreement. We look

that you are not aware of any circumstances that would restrict your eligibility to become employed
or continue to work for Blackstone on an ongoing basis.

This agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be an original
and all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. E-mailed, faxed, or electronic
signatures shall be considered the equivalent of an original signature.
