Dear Andrew,

We all enjoyed the opportunity to get to know you, and are excited to formally offer
you a position as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley in the Fixed Income Division at the
New York office. Your employment is expected to begin on or about July of 2020 after
completing all required onboarding actions.

This offer includes an annual base salary of $85,000 per year and may include a
discretionary pro-rated bonus. As part of your compensation, we are also offering a
relocation payment. Further details of your compensation are outlined on the pro-
ceeding pages.

As an employee of Morgan Stanley you will be eligible for a competitive package of
employee benefits including: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance,
and 401(k). Additionally, you will receive 20 days of vacation per year pro-rated from
your Start Date.
