       Hello Sauk Prairie!

I cannot believe we are almost to the end of 2024. For me, that now means budget season.
Putting together goals, assumptions & financial projections for your business is important to
create your vision for 2025. As a commercial banker, I am a numbers guy, but at the same time,
these numbers need to align with your plan. The story behind financial projections is just as
important as the numbers themselves. If you have not put a business plan/budget together, or
are having some troubles with forecasting, please reach out as I would enjoy helping where I am
       able.

As a Sauk Prairie Area Chamber of Commerce Board Member, I am proud to say we have
accomplished quite a lot this year. We are on track to hit our childcare goals, successfully
launched the new Business Expo event, & grew our membership. We also have fantastic
networking events that have grown in attendance. Our Morning Blend monthly networking
breakfast and our new Coffee & Coaching knocked it out of the park in content & attendance.
Stay tuned for what is in store for next year.

I would like to invite you to our upcoming events that you see in this newsletter including the
Business After Hours at the Bank of Prairie du Sac, December 12th. No, I am not sorry for the
shameless plug, and hope to see you there!

I look forward to serving our Sauk Prairie Community in the upcoming year and beyond.
