     HOLIDAY ENTITLEMENT

      The holiday year runs from 1 January to
      31 December.

                                                       1 Holiday Year: 21 days, pro-rated from your start date
      Your annual holiday entitlement is 21
      days, plus Public Holidays, based on full
      time working pattern.                            On the start of your second holiday year: 21 days


      Your holiday entitlement is pro-rated on
      your first year of employment, based on
      your start date, and would also be pro-
      rated based on your working hours if not
      full time.

                                   CARRY            You may be allowed to carry up to 5 days over
                                                    from one holiday year to another, subject to
                                                    your line manager’s approval.
                                   OVER             Any days carried over will need to be taken by
