               17.     The  Panel  carefully  reviewed  the  School-Based  Assessment  (SBA)  requirements  of  the
               Syllabus.  After extensive discussions the Panel refined the instructions provided in the syllabus for
               the Performance (PERF) component of the SBA based on the variations of the interpretations observed
               since  the  release  of  the  existing  Syllabus.    The  adjustments  were  made  to  the  Format  of  the
               Examinations as shown below in Table 4. (See Appendix III for further details).
