RECRUITMENT AND STAFF TURNOVER
There was significant staff turnover for 2019 and the Human Resource Department effectively filled vacancies that resulted
from termination (retirement, separation, resignation, end-of-contract). The graph below shows staff turnover at the Caribbean
Examinations Council (CXC) for 2019:
