        COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTS


        During the period 2012 - March 2017, the Court received from the Ministry of
        Labour  and  Small  Enterprise  Development  403  Collective  Agreements  for
        registration – 350 under the General Services Division, 19 under the Essential
        Services Division and 34 under the Special Tribunal.

        WAGE INCREASES

        In 2015, wage increases ranged from 5% to 26%, the highest over the period 2013
        - 2015.  The Distribution Sub-Sector accounted for the wage increase of 26% for the
        bargaining period 2011- 2013.  In 2014, increases in wages ranged from 0% to 19%,
        with the highest increase of 19% emanating from the Finance, Insurance, Real
        Estate and Business Services Sub-Sector, for the bargaining period 2010 - 2012.
