ALANSILVA
Alan Silva is a a a a a a a sixth-generation circus performer from Brazil He started training in in in floor acrobatics acrobatics at at at the age of four and and eventually picked up aerial acrobatics acrobatics and and and trapeze He trained in in in in in and and performed many circus disciplines including Russian bar clowning tumbling and flying trapeze At 16 he he found his his true passion -- aerial silks Soon after mastering his his craft he he he traveled around Brazil performing as as the first male artist to fly on aerial silks for for circuses and festivals all over the country Alan was asked to to join Cirque du du Soleil in in in 2002 Unfortunately though he he he he fell during practice and and broke both of of of his hips prior to to the the the start of of of the the the show Luckily he he he he he made a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a a full recovery and and just a a a a a a a a a a a a a a year later became part of of of Cirque du du Soleil’s Zumanity production at at the the the New New York-New York Hotel in Las Vegas Since 2003 Alan has called the United States his his his home and and and and is is is is proud to have earned his his his citizenship in in in in in in 2017 While working and and and and living in in in in in in Las Vegas he he he met and and and and married his his his wife and and and and they are are now parents of two amazing young children Alan performed his aerialist act on on on Season 15 of America’s Got Talent and finished the competition in 5th place
