                        Finally, I quite agree with the Board1o opinion that it
                  would he improper if either member were called on to adjudicate
                  in any case taken in the Courto clearly connected with the
                  disturbances or referred to at the Enquiry,       But this would not
                  apply to any person who lias read the board's report.

                        I also agree that it would be inadmissible to use any
                  evidence token or any statement made at tho Enquiry or to quote
                  from the report in any proceedings in any Court relating to any
                  Incident or matter referred to therein.
