BeprjnOf, Politioal Agent telegraphs that Sheikh Hamad
tolls him that strong oppooition tp reforms Is boing made
by Sunni tribea at instigation of Ahmed Dosarip Ahmed Bin
Lahej and Abdul Wahab flayani who ogitate persistently and
preach dioobodience0 They also praotico itp having refused
to obey Sheikh's order to attend Medjliss and conmitted
other flagrant acts of dioobedienco0 Shoikh ^ Hamad prays
that the Government will assist him (1) by romoving theoo
throe agitators (2) by forbidding tribal heads from leaving
Bahrein out of contumacy and (3) by warning Bin Saud and
Shoikhe of Qatar end Kowoit not to receive or to harbour
ouch persons,. Sheikh Hamad thinks that ouch action would
definitely suppress oppooition to reforms^
Political Agent reports that the three agitators
mentioned are notorious$ they have collected Ron)000o000
for the purpose of ugit&tion and resistance to reforms of I
which good grounds for believing that Ahmed contributed

severely doalt with*
In regard to the Sheikh0s first request, therefore,, if
Sheikh Hamad arrests thoso iron would the Government be
prepared to receive and detuin thorn in India? If so0 will
