India comes to the conclusion tnat tne Civil List
requires readjusting it will be necessary for it

to express this opinion very definitely to the Ruler
himself. I have advised, and urged and argued on
the subject and the only result which has been
obtained is a saving of fc 6,000/- out of a total of
Hs 3,86,000/-.
