Foreword

In this compilation are included all the oil concession agreements
which were operative in the Persian Gulf States on June 30, 1954,
together with the political agreements relating to them and corre­
spondence explaining, amending or amplifying their terms and those of
the political agreements. Agreements which were terminated before
June 30, 1954, have been excluded.
