9 By an Order in Council, dated 30th April 1877, it was declared that the
Act last mentioned should apply to the

following territories:—
(a) The territories of the Khan of Kelat and of the Sultan of Maskat
in Mekran and Arabia.
(£) The coast of Baluchistan, and of the Bunder Abbas districts and the
shores of the Persian Gulf.
(c) The coast of Arabia from Ras Mussendim to Cape Bab-el-Mandeb.
(</) The territories of the following tribes near Aden, namely
The Abdalli, etc.
(e) The coast of Africa from Ras Sejorme to Delagoa Bay.
(/) The territories of the Sultan of Zanzioar.
(g) The seas and islands within 10 degrees of latitude or longitude from
such coasts and shores respectively.
