PREFACE.
This Precis is divided into two parts—Part I from 1892 to 1898 and Part II
from 1899 to 1905—and continues the history of events described in my Prdcis
of Maskat affairs from 185G to 1872, and the Prdcis compiled in the Poroign
Department of Maskat affairs from 18G9 to 1892.
