Malaria is still seriously high. Suppressive Mcpacrine was tried out on the Fort Police for
two months from November 15th, with a little success. Unless every man rigorously takes the daily
tablet it will never be successful. Mosquito nets are strongly advised. The British Police used nets
and Mepacrine without a single case of Malaria occurring. V.D. has now risen to 8%.
No cases of Tuberculosis occurred this year.
