CHAMBER AMBASSADORS

The Ambassadors represent the Chamber Members in the business community. They attend ribbon cuttings,
grand openings, awards presentations, luncheons, as well as many other Chamber events.

The Ambassadors Association plays a vital role in the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce acting as the official
welcoming committee of the Chamber. The committee works to strengthen relationships with Chamber mem-
bers and increase awareness of the benefits, programs and initiatives of the Chamber.

Why you should be an Ambassador?

The Ambassador team is self-managed, self-sustained, and self-regulated with the support of the Chamber
Staff. An Ambassador plays a vital role in the Greater Bellevue Area Chamber of Commerce and community
by retaining existing members, recruiting new members, and strengthening their own networks within the area.
Ambassadors help create productive working relationships, encourage members to get involved, and act as a
catalyst in the Bellevue Chambers of Commerce efforts to produce an energetic and dynamic business climate
in Bellevue and the surrounding communities. When you are an Ambassador you have an excellent vehicle to
expand your business contacts as well as network at various Chamber events. Representing your business as
an Ambassador is providing you high visibility in the business community.

Networking:
• Meet business leaders for potential and social contacts.

• Obtain an insider’s perspective to the Bellevue business community.
• Invitations to Ribbon Cuttings, Groundbreakings, and other Chamber events with weekly updates.

• Gain knowledge of resources and leads through the Chamber and fellow Ambassadors.

• Recognition awards for outstanding service

• Recognized on Chamber website.
If you are not presently a member of this fun group, consider the benefits of joining this dynamic volunteer or-
ganization. The Ambassadors are known around town for their friendly smiles. They proudly serve the commu-
nity as dedicated and diplomatic envoys to spread goodwill appearing at ribbon cuttings and other Chamber
events. If you want to make new friends, network and lend support to new and established business owners,
please consider joining the Ambassadors.
