The answer to that question is already known and it is called decomposition3. Decomposition is a technique that dictates that complex problems shall be broken into smaller problems that are easier manageable. By solving all the smaller problems, the larger problem gets solved.
Breaking down the problem into smaller parts is, again, not going to solve them automatically. What matters next is that domain expertise is applied to find solutions, together with creativity and the right motivation.
While I am extremely motivated to work to improve our climate issues, the problem is too large for me to solve. But when I decompose the problem, to a partial problem that is manageable and falls within my area of knowledge and interest, I can surely help.
Based on what I have learned during the past 4 years at Academy Artemis, combined with my personal interests and the principles of decomposition, this trend book will describe the climate related problems in the Amsterdam Fashion Week and demonstrate a pathway to a more sustainable future.
