Defenses
“Defend and counterattack at the same time” is a basic principle of Krav Maga.
360º Defenses can easily be made with a simultaneous counterattack.
STARTING POSITION: Left-leg-forward fighting stance.
1–2. Defend against any attack with a 360º Defense. Add a punch to the face
with your free hand.
