Groundfighting

               This technique is good if you feel the need to control the attacker (or,
               alternately, break his arm) rather than strike.


               STARTING POSITION: Assume a Side Mount (page 332) on the attacker’s
               right side so that his left arm is on the outside.





























               1. With your left hand, push down on the attacker’s left wrist using a thumb-less
               grip.
