This takedown only requires you to catch one leg, and can work even if you fail
to get your hips close to the attacker.
STARTING POSITION: Left-leg-forward fighting stance, facing the attacker.
1. Drop low and shoot in quickly, wrapping your arms around one of the
attacker’s legs. We assume that you dropped very low, perhaps as if the attacker
pushed you down, and that you catch his foot rather than his leg.
