DEFENSE AGAINST FULL NELSON:
FORWARD THROW
Self-Defense
This defense is usually applied when the fingers are not available, and should be
performed if you feel you can shoot your hips back against the attacker.
STARTING POSITION: Attacker applies full nelson.
1. Bring your elbows down to try to loosen the attacker’s grip.
