Visionnaire was commissioned by a private client to evaluate the development potential of a prime coastal site in Marbella prior to a prospective investment.
The site is a privately owned beachfront plot located within Marbella’s ‘Golden Mile’. Vision- naire, as the appointed develop- ment consultants, advised on site assessment, programme & zoning analysis, space planning, options appraisal, positioning strategies and feasibility.
Visionnaire put forward a mas- terplan for a low density, upmar- ket hospitality development. The strategy balanced environmental regulations governing the site against development benchmarks required for a commercially viable proposition. The strategy pro- posed fragmented programme dispersed between the protected grove of Mediterranean Pines with minimal impact. Visionnaire also prepared a Development and Investment Profile for the purposes of engaging prospective operators.
