Visionnaire is a real estate, urban development and mas- terplanning consultancy. We work with corporations, funds and private investors on projects ranging from large scale urban developments through to stand alone real estate projects. Our team of design and development profession- als, and network of strategic partners leverage their expe- rience towards maximising the value of our clients’ real estate.
Informed by research and international best practice, we offer services at each stage of the development cycle; from strategic advisory, prospecting, site assessment and due diligence, through to concept development, business plan- ning, options appraisal and feasibility, to design and devel- opment management and masterplanning.
From our offices in Central London we work with clients on a broad range of projects in Europe and throughout the Middle East and North Africa. We have most recently completed major assignments for developments in United Kingdom, Spain, Turkey, Lebanon, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, some of which we have se- lected to profile in this brochure.
