A research and development pro- ject spearheaded by Visionnaire that focused on how Millennials will likely shape the future of ur- ban living and what impact they may have on property develop- ment as they matriculate into the London market.
Visionnaire’s research focused on the socio-economic values that drive Millennials in London. Our urban development team defined housing typologies capable of re- sponding to the needs, preferences and drivers of ‘Generation Rent’.
Visionnaire developed a modular system of studio and one bedroom ‘Micro-Apartments’ tailored to the needs to Millennials. The modu- lar apartments were agglomer- ated within a dynamic mixed-use development, sited in the heart of Shoreditch, that included co- working space, lifestyle amenities, retail outlets and gallery spaces – a model for future ‘Social Living’.
