Visionnaire was commissioned by a leading international developer to undertake a feasibility and due diligence study for a prime site in the Levent District of Istanbul.
The site is located on Büyükdere Boulevard, within Istanbul’s lead- ing Business District. Visionnaire was appointed to manage market research and prospecting activi- ties. Our mandate also comprised several studies including feasibil- ity assessment, zoning and regu- latory analyses, options appraisal, programme analysis, space plan- ning, concept development, floor- plate analyses and detailed mass- ing studies.
Visionnaire assessed the physical and regulatory parameters gov- erning the site, tested several de- velopment scenarios, defined the best and highest use, and deline- ated the development and differ- entiation strategies. Visionnaire also retained and managed a team of consultants and experts to con- duct first stage due diligence.
