Visionnaire was commissioned by Solidere International to com- plete a rapid assessment for a site in Riyadh as part of broader due diligence ahead of a prospective acquisition.
The site is a 270,000m2 plot of raw land in a rapidly developing district of Riyadh. Visionnaire were the appointed urban devel- opment consultants advising on site assessment, zoning analysis, programme analysis, product defi- nition, options appraisal and po- sitioning strategies. In addition, Visionnaire worked as an integral part of the Client’s development and finance teams throughout the due diligence phase.
Visionnaire proposed a 187,000m2 development comprising a gated community centred around a Town Centre and Park, and ad- joined by a mixed-use develop- ment facing the main boulevard.
