Visionnaire was appointed by a leading real estate development company in Saudi Arabia to man- age a detailed site assessment ex- ercise ahead of the prospective ac- quisition of a prime parcel within the ‘High Rise Zone’ in Riyadh.
Visionnaire led and managed the market research, development analyses, programme analyses and financial analyses which as- sessed the potential of realising a 115,000 m2 mixed-use develop- ment comprised of three iconic towers.
Our development team managed the subsequent concept design study, in close collaboration with the client appointed architectural practice of Nabil Gholam. The re- sultant development strategy pro- posed an iconic 78 storey, 360m tall mixed-use tower, paired with a 57 storey residential tower and a fifteen storey hotel tower, atop a 53,000 m2 podium which yielded 32,000 m2 of retail GLA.
