HEALTHY HOLIDAY                                               KIDS CORNER
                  TREAT
                                                            A fun section for your kiddos!
      Keep your health AND the delicious
      flavors you love!

      Egg Nog

       * *  Requires overnight chilling * *

      You?ll need
          -   2 cups milk (you can
              substitute soy, rice, almond,
              or hazelnut milk)
          -   3 egg whites
          -   1/3 cup honey
          -   1 tsp vanilla
          -    ½ tsp nutmeg
          -   ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)


      Direct ions
      1) Blend all ingredients in a blender
      for 2-3 minutes.
      2) Pour mix into a pot and warm for
      15 minutes on medium-low heat.
      Whisk to avoid boiling.
      3) Remove mix from stove, cool, then
      place in fridge .

      4) Chill overnight .

      5) Mix thickens when cold. Liquefy

      6) Pour into glasses and sprinkle
