Through this roadmap, we will align our structure,
processes, culture, and resources to deliver seamless,
newcomer-centered services that meet the evolving
needs of newcomers. The plan will be executed by
designing and implementing an integrated service
delivery model supported by collaborative teams and
a culture rooted in accountability, transparency, and
data-driven decision-making.

Report to the Community 2024/2025
As we embark on this journey, our goal is clear: to
build on our accomplishments and to continue with
creating an even greater impact in our community. By
aligning our actions with this strategic vision, we will
strengthen our capacity to provide support, empower
