Mrinal, on the other hand, shared his personal experience of how a set of two Founders from
completely different parts of the world, having different cultures at personal levels, different
work specialization, and leading organizations having completely different business life cycle, we’re able to recognize their emotions which they were in the phase of deal-making, and were able to overcome those in order to unlock the synergies of the two organizations based out of India and Denmark. His style of presentation was highly thought-provoking and interactive, which prompted many members to share their own experiences.
As a follow up to the webinar, GGI would be hosting another series of webinars where Sameer and Mrinal would be inviting the Founders of Cactus Communications India and UNSILO, Denmark in a fireside chat to get them to share their personal and emotional experience while going through the acquisition deal themselves.
