                  tourists.

Downgrade: To move to a lesser accommodation or
                  class of service.

Educational Tour : A tour designed around some
                                educational activity such as
                                studying Renaissance art.

Efficient: Well organized. (Adj.)

Elevator: A way of going up or down in an enclosed box
             driven by electricity (American English). (N.)
