Met Life Stadium – Observations
• First stadium visited during the week so set the standard for the others to be benchmarked
against

imagination.
• Stadium had a very industrial corporate feel to it.
• Huge variety of offerings to concessions customers
• Lots of offerings that had been developed by in house team for concessions.
• Stand alone Kosher units that could not operate as anything else when not in use.
• Premium clubs were very premium in look and feel and a lot of focus on comfort and
surroundings.
• Chefs tables and buffets were dressed very well and were visually very attractive.
• Packages do not include alcohol and only food element.
• Some good use of digital signage and graphics.
• Big focus on New York Giants branding and local suppliers and dishes.
