Fenway Park – Observations

          • Oldest Baseball stadium in U.S.A, most visited baseball ground in the country.
          • A very old stadium, well looked after an maintained, a lot of history. The team were very proud to
             work there.

          • Very limited space to work with, catering team utilise every spare space they can for
             concessions and hospitality.
          • Huge variety of offerings to concessions customers, very expensive, $25 for a lobster roll, $24
             for 2 small beers.
          • Not a huge presence of digital signage, lots of hand painted and traditional signage used.
          • Clubs and suites well presented and some clever use of space.
          • Great use of dead space on the roof by creating a garden that produces food that is then utilised
through the food offering in the venue.

          • Packages do not include alcohol and only food element.
          • Not a huge focus on Red Sox branding, more of a nod to the history of the ground and pas
             players etc.
          • Outside streets were used for catering and entertainment throughout the event and were very
             busy.
          • Every space utilised and taken for catering units or mobile operations.
          • Huge Hawking operation with stand alone servery areas.
          • Wide variety of vending machines utilised including ones for hot dogs, fries and pizzas.
          • SPH of $23 on average
